I am also a fan of Jericho (*sigh* how I miss it so!), though admittedly I'm more of a Jake/Emily fan. Nevertheless I love the way you articulated what Heather must have been thinking. I feel like how you described things here is very accurate to how Jake really is...such a tortured soul. :-)
I also enjoyed the game references...such fun!
