Prompt: Kate/Lorne, "Is that a yes?" - "What do you think?"
Popping The Question
Evan waited breathlessly for Kate's answer. Maybe he'd overstepped the mark, but she didn't seem mad, just thoughtful, head tipped to one side as she considered his question.
After a moment, she leaned forward, picked up a pencil and drew a smiley face on his sketchpad.
He cleared his throat, suddenly dry-mouthed. "Is that a yes?"
Kate grinned. "What do you think?"
He let out a whoop She'd been patient enough to let him sketch her portrait a few times, but ever since they'd started dating – even before that, he admitted to himself – he'd wanted to paint her nude.
