scribblesinink has been pointing me towards some interesting posts about writing recently. cupidsbow has a great post about how "turning a cliché, channelling the Id" can be used to produce powerful fiction. meta_writer which sum up a lot of good things in a few words. (FWIW, scribblesinink are very busy doing our best to fulfil #6 and #7.)Also... the 2009 MEFAs are almost upon us! Go nominate and review, and make some authors happy.
Right now, I'm a quivering wreck, hoping that the site works as it should when nominations start in just over an hour. Here's hoping I see you after 12.01 GMT on 22 May with a smile on my face because it all works....
