I don't remember, or know, who Lady Sybilla is, and never read Catcher In The Rye, but I support Salinger's right to protect his work. We are very lucky, and privileged, to be able to write Tolkien fanfiction with impunity; I'm not sure why any publishing house would touch such an infringement on an actual copyright.
