Well, sure, it's the Scottish being proud of being Scottish. Nothing wrong with that. I think it's very sweet Carson has a Scottish flag!
But it just struck me as so utterly non-standard issue for something official like this, where he would surely have a Union Flag. (I mean, Scotland has devolution and it's own football team, but still part of the UK for most international purposes....)
