Hee... I've got the impression people either love or hate Emily. I really disliked her in the first few episodes myself, and couldn't see what Jake ever saw in her either. I warmed up to her about a third of the way through the first season, and began to see why a younger Jake would be with her pre-series - although I still find her rather irritating. But I don't think Jake and Emily work at all as a couple post-season 2 - Jake's changed so much, and Emily hasn't (and in my version of what happens post-season 2, I think Jake sees that and regrets getting involved with her again. He just needs to find a way to split up with her once he gets back to Jericho.... *g*)
Of course, I'd be rooting for Beck, though... ;)
Well, I'm planning of having Beck give Jake a damn good run for his money.... (Hence why I'm still not entirely sure who Heather will end up with *g*)
